Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding
and internalising the cost and revenue aspects of the card program as
given by Network partners.
- Negotiation
with Program managers on various aspects of card launch.
- Design and develop end-to-end prepaid forex card
product in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the launch process including coordination with
banking partners, networks (Visa/MasterCard ).
- Oversee operations of prepaid card program, ensuring
smooth processing, issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with compliance, risk, finance and
technology teams to ensure program meet regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent project management and stakeholder
coordination skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC,
AML, RBI guidelines in India).

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related
field. MBA preferred.
