  Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and internalising the cost and revenue aspects of the card program as given by Network partners.
  • Negotiation with Program managers on various aspects of card launch.   
  • Design and develop end-to-end prepaid forex card product in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the launch process including coordination with banking partners, networks (Visa/MasterCard ).
  • Oversee operations of prepaid card program, ensuring smooth processing, issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with compliance, risk, finance and technology teams to ensure program meet regulatory standards.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize the prepaid card offering and recommend enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in the digital payments and prepaid space.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience specifically in prepaid card product lifecycle – design, implementation, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of card payment systems, BIN sponsorship, program management platforms, and digital issuance.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, RBI guidelines in India).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
